IDA Encounters 2026 – Edmonton

IDA Encounters 2026 in Edmonton is a companion event to IDA Encounters 2026 in Calgary, held a week earlier. The event focuses on Alberta’s interior and commercial design sector, with programming centred on continuing education, product and service showcases, industry networking, sponsorship and exhibition activity. Its themes include creative ideas, professional introductions and developments shaping the built environment.

The event is directed at interior designers, interior design students, architects, engineers, general contractors, end users, commercial real estate participants, and product, manufacturing and supplier representatives. It is organised by Interior Designers of Alberta, which represents interior designers across corporate, retail, hospitality, healthcare and institutional design. The program includes concurrent CEU sessions, a design exhibition showcase and a reception; no individual speakers or panellists are named on the event page.
