Pricing structure
We operate a transparent pricing framework based on whether your event is free to attend or ticketed/paid:
Free events:
- No base placement fee applies to eligible free-to-attend events.
- Optional promotional add-ons are available for a fee.
- You must declare the event as free at the time of submission and notify us promptly of any change.
Ticketed/paid events:
- A standard placement fee applies to events where attendees are required to purchase a ticket or otherwise pay to attend, including donation-based or minimum-spend formats.
- The applicable fee will be quoted at submission and is payable prior to publication.
- Optional promotional add-ons may be purchased in addition to the placement fee.
Verification and adjustments
- Arquidyne Haus may verify the declared status of your event. If a free event is later converted to a paid event, an additional invoice for the placement fee will be issued. If a paid event becomes free, any fees already paid remain non-refundable.
