Payments

All payments, including those for recurrent subscriptions, are processed through Stripe, an external and highly reputable third-party payment service provider. When utilising Stripe’s services, you are subject to the Stripe Services Agreement and Privacy Policy as determined by Stripe.

Renewals for recurrent subscriptions will be charged at the then-current subscription fee effective at the time of renewal. Charges will occur automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current term.

Ongoing and recurrent subscriptions can be managed directly by you via Stripe’s Customer Portal, accessible using the email address provided during the initial payment process. Changes to your billing details or cancellation of auto-renewing subscriptions can be made through that portal.

Payments made for subscriptions or other services are non-refundable, except in circumstances where a service is declined for any reason at the publisher’s sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods, transfers, or downgrades.

All prices listed on the Website are denominated in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified, and are inclusive of applicable taxes according to the relevant jurisdiction.

By providing your billing information and completing a transaction, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your purchase. Refunds

One-off payments and submission fees made through the Website are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or in exceptional circumstances as determined at the sole discretion of Arquidyne Haus.

Subscription services can be cancelled at any time via Stripe’s Customer Portal; however, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription payments that have already been processed are non-refundable, and your subscription will continue to provide access until the end of the paid term. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused periods within a current subscription cycle.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us promptly, outlining your request and supporting information. Arquidyne Haus will review all such cases in good faith and in accordance with applicable Australian consumer laws.
