Interstruct

Interstruct is a Western Australian boutique building company specialising in technically challenging, architecturally designed custom homes. Owned and run by brothers Richard and James Dalton, the company works with discerning residential clients as well as architects, engineers and associated consultants locally and internationally. Its approach is centred on delivering an enjoyable and rewarding building experience, with each director managing a limited number of projects to maintain close oversight, quality workmanship, attention to detail and clean, organised worksites. Interstruct’s portfolio reflects a strong focus on architect-led residential construction, including collaborations with practices and designers such as Cast Studio, Philip Nikulinsky Architect, EHDO and Mike Edwards Architecture. The company is differentiated by its hands-on director involvement, selective project load and demonstrated capability in complex, design-focused residential builds.
