The firm delivers topographic, construction, and legal or cadastral surveying, including residential topography, as-built and volume surveys, building layout and occupancy surveys, and boundary, subdivision, strata, easement, Crown land and First Nations land surveys. Its work is focused mainly on residential and commercial land development in the Lower Mainland, supporting architects, engineers, developers and builders with survey information for design, approvals, construction and property definition. HWM emphasises experienced, accurate and timely delivery across all aspects of survey work, with projects completed to programme and budget requirements. Its long regional track record includes projects such as Britannia Bay Properties, Burrard Inlet Indian Reserve No. 3 and the Nordstrom renovation in Vancouver, and it has also expanded through the acquisition of Chapman Land Surveying Ltd.’s assets, records, data and files.
