Design practice
ASPECT Studios is an international design practice founded in Australia in 1993, with multidisciplinary teams spanning landscape architecture, urban design, architecture, wayfinding, strategy and graphic design across studios in Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. The practice works across landscape architecture, urbanism, wayfinding and interpretation, green infrastructure, living architecture, sustainability and engagement with Traditional Custodians, supporting public realm, infrastructure, campus, civic and urban development projects. Its purpose centres on creating places that challenge and delight while improving outcomes for people and natural systems, with an emphasis on regenerative design, ecological repair, cultural context, nature-positive places and a “total landscape” approach. Its portfolio includes major public and urban projects such as Quay Quarter Lanes, the Caulfield to Dandenong Railway and Linear Park, Alibaba Xixi Campus, Yagan Square and Legible Sydney Wayfinding. Over more than 30 years, ASPECT Studios has developed a design-led reputation for sustainable, place-based work, with recent recognition including honours in the 2025 IFLA Asia-Pacific Landscape Architecture Awards.
