Thank you for your interest in contributing to Arquidyne Haus. The following terms and conditions outline the process, responsibilities, and key details associated with submitting your Stay for publication on our platform. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your submission.
Editorial process
Our expert architectural editors will carefully craft your Stay page content, following the brief you provided in your submission form. You will have the opportunity to review a draft version of your Stay page prior to publication.
Pricing structure
We are committed to a transparent and equitable pricing system, ensuring accessibility for a broad range of accommodation offerings:
- Annual fee: The annual fee for your Stay listing is calculated based on the average nightly stay cost you declared during submission. Please ensure this information is accurate, as it forms the basis for your quotation.
- Verification: We reserve the right to verify and, if necessary, adjust your quoted fee to reflect the actual nightly room rates.
- Processing fee: A non-refundable processing fee is required upon submission. This fee is non-transferable and non-redeemable under any circumstances.
Additional services
To enhance flexibility and value, we offer a range of optional services. These services, such as search engine optimisation (SEO) and integration of social profile links, require an initial setup and thus attract a one-off fee, payable within your first year only.
- Premium submissions: The premium tier includes a custom-crafted Linked Data record for your lodging business, enhancing your search visibility and allowing you to link to your business website and social accounts via Open Graph metadata. Premium submissions may also be featured in our newsletters, social media, and other promotional channels to achieve a broader reach.
Fee adjustments
Should your nightly accommodation rate significantly increase or decrease, we may adjust the annual placement fee accordingly. You will always be notified in advance prior to any such fee amendment.
Amendments and cancellations
- Amendments: You are entitled to request edits or updates to your Stay page, up to five times per year, provided your annual subscription is active.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your Stay subscription and placement at any time. Upon cancellation, we reserve the right to reclassify your Stay page as an article if we see architectural or aesthetic value in the content. In such cases, all links to your website, social media accounts, and booking engines will be removed.
