Editorial process

Our experienced editorial team will prepare your On.the.Market listing in accordance with the information and details provided at submission. You will have the opportunity to review a draft version before the listing goes live on the platform.

If you wish to request amendments to the editorial content after publication, these may be made upon request via our Contact Form. We are committed to ensuring that your listing accurately and professionally represents your property.

Pricing structure

We operate a transparent and equitable pricing structure, reflecting the market value of each listed property:

  • Annual placement fee: The annual fee for placement is determined based on your stated market value of the property at the time of submission. Please ensure this information is accurate, as it determines your placement cost.
  • Verification of value: Arquidyne Haus reserves the right to verify the submitted market value. Should a discrepancy be identified, we may issue a separate invoice for an adjusted placement fee to reflect the correct valuation.

Additional services

To give your property additional visibility across our platform and audience:

  • Featured placements: You may request a Featured placement, which promotes your property on the front page, in the highlights, newsletters, and other premier locations across Arquidyne Haus. Featured placements attract an additional fee, which will be quoted upon submission.
  • These and other promotional services can be added during your initial submission or at any point after the initial placement, should you decide to boost its visibility.

Amendments to editorial content

You may request amendments or updates to your listing content at any time after the initial placement, using the Contact Form. Editorial changes are generally made in a timely manner, subject to editorial review and approval.
